Delivery

All in stock items are dispatched within 2 working days. Dispatch times for personal items  or commissions will take longer to dispatch but details will be given within confirmation email.

We use respected couriers only.

All orders will be dispatched to the address held on Paypal only (unless requested to send elsewhere say as a gift however we do only ship within the UK), and will take between 2-7 days to be delivered once order dispatched.

We will email you once orders have been dispatched.

(IMPORTANT: courier charges are higher to deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. Please contact us for a quote before ordering if you live in these areas as orders will be refused if not done so).Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: personal items, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements;

 

Recycling

When and where possible we purchase only recyclable and biodegradable materials to pack our orders. We also try to re-use any materials we receive when we order supplies and merchandise from other companies (i.e. boxes, packing peanuts, bubble wrap etc.)
